All of our school meals are cooked from scratch on-site by our two wonderful cooks, Michelle & Nici.  

Being mums themselves, they know the struggle of getting kids to eat their vegetables, so they come up with genius ways of packing the lunches with fresh vegetables and disguising them.  

Below is an example of how the tomato sauce (which is used in a lot of our meals) starts life and how it looks when it's served to children.
